Data We Process

Depending on how you use Novac, we may process:

• •Identification: Name, last name, document, email, phone, country/city.
• •Account and Usage: Credentials (hash), settings, categories, spending habits, app events.
• •Personal Finances in App: Transactions entered by you (amount, date, category, notes, currencies), budgets/limits, and reminders.
• •Support and Security: IP, error logs, device, App version.
• •Optional/Sensitive: Images/avatars or device biometrics (only for local unlock if enabled; we do not store them on servers).

Purposes of Processing

We process your data to:

• •Provide and improve the service (income/expense recording, synchronization, backups, budget alerts).
• •Support, product notifications, and updates.
• •Aggregated/anonymous usage analytics to improve the App.
• •Legal compliance, fraud prevention, and security.
• •Own marketing (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• •Attend to requirements from competent authorities when applicable.

Processors and Transfers

We may hire providers to process data on our behalf and under contract:

• •Providers: Cloud, analytics, messaging. If we transfer data outside your country, we will do so in accordance with applicable law and with adequate guarantees.
• •Cookies/Similar Technologies: In our site and/or web version, we may use cookies for functioning, statistics, and language preference.
• •Retention: We keep data while you have an account or as required by accounting/tax laws (up to 10 years when local norms require). Then, we delete or anonymize them securely.

Security

We require providers to have equivalent confidentiality and security commitments.
